  1. Love these new paintings. I've been working on "soft eyes". Trying to look at the spaces around things. Childlike eyes. It all opens up new worlds, doesn't it? :)Bea

  2. Your new painting is great and you are right, an abstract can take on a new life if turned through 90 degrees. I prefer this in the horizontal format though.

  4. I like the looking with 'new eyes' ...especially after a few days...it can be amazing how everything changes.
Painting, turning and more painting...subtle color changes! Is this the result of your Friday painting session?

  6. waterfall or almost quiet pool? the ability to change perspective - a good talent to nurture. daily. hourly. minute-ly.

  7. sometimes looking w/new eyes can be scary. I mean, which view is the one to choose. I can sometimes see too many views, being a libra. Then I can never make a choice. But still, love the quotes and in truth feel there is a new perspective awaiting me that i have been overlooking as a solution to my "problem" I am trying to solve.

  8. Great painting. Love the vertical view, there is so much movement in it this way. I have heard it said that it only takes a small shift to change everything. You have shown us this in your post!
